Part Time HR Generalist

We are looking to recruit our first HR Generalist within the Business Operations Team based in Dublin. 

Role Purpose

To work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as guardians of the DOCOsoft culture and also manage colleague engagement so that functional objectives are realised in their business areas. Provide advice and guidance across of range of operational HR activities including employee relations, workforce planning, health and wellbeing, learning and development and drive the implementation of wider HR Strategies.

The role will include but not limited to:

  • Focus will be on adding value through strategic alignment to core values
  • Performance management of our workforce – to develop and drive the roll-out of performance management across the company.
  • Employee development and training plans. This will require the successful candidate to undertake a company-wide training needs analysis, work with individual managers and employees to ensure all have personal development plan.
  • Ensuring HR policies, procedures and processed are developed, rolled out, adhered to and updated as necessary.
  • Equitable and consistent application of our policies, whether in relation to grievances or disciplinary issues.
  • Weekly and/or monthly reports to SLT as required
  • Ensuring all administrative aspects are correct and up to date which include but are not limited to – UK and Ireland payroll, holiday/absence tracking, expenses and employee contact details.
  • Update and maintenance of files and reports pertaining to the employees
  • Devise Reward Schemes for existing employees

Essential skills

  • A Third Level Degree in Human Resources
  • 3-5 years broad HR experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work autonomously and under pressure
  • Have the ability to manage time and tasks to maximum benefit
  • A sound knowledge of Irish and UK employment law.
