Development

As a rule, DOCOsoft Limited aims to provide the end-user with:

• What they want
• When they want
• Within the budget they want.

To make sure that these promises are upheld, DOCOsoft uses the 'Spiral Development Model' (see diagram).

The Spiral Development Model has two distinguishing features:

• A cyclic approach for incrementally growing a system's degree of definition and implementation.
• A set of anchor points for ensuring end-user input and commitment to feasible and mutually satisfactory system solutions.

At predefined steps in the process, the end-user is informed of (or demonstrated) the progress of the development so that it meets with the parameters laid down in opening discussions.
