SCAN IT AND IMPORT IT

With DOCOsoft's products you can easily turn any printed pages, faxes,

The Xerox Textbridge OCR engine is embedded in the system which allows
batch and region OCR. Recognised files may be stored in MS-Office, Lotus,
HTML or TXT formats.

ORGANISE YOUR DOCUMENTS
Documents are easily stored and organised into 'tree' structured cabinets
and folders. DOCOsoft's intuitive GUI (Graphical User Interface) makes
for simple viewing and makes the Drag & Drop feature for movement and
copying of documents a cinch.
SHARE YOUR DOCUMENTS
The client/server versions, DOCO desklink and DOCOdesknet, allow users
to share common documents. DOCOdesklink clients have viewing functionality
whilst DOCOdesknet clients have complete functionality with secure log-on.
VIEW, INDEX, RETRIEVE AND EDIT IT

Add any type of property to a document as it is imported or later, after

PRINT, EMAIL, FAX AND FORWARD IT
With DOCOsoft's products, documents can be rapidly exchanged by print,
email, fax or just forwarding the document across the network. These are
special print, email and fax folders that you simply drop the document
into to send it immediatley, or queue for later. Email* any document,
or convert the document to a bitmap file and send it. *Email uses MAPI
connectivity

DATABASE
DOCOsoft's DOCOdesktop and DOCOdesklink use an embedded MS-Access database
to store information. This includes backup/restore database functionality
as well as the addition of user-defined properties. DOCOdesknet and DOCOtreasury use an
MS-SQL database. Included with this package are database backup/restore/compact/maintain/settings/monitor
tools in addition to user-defined attributes.
SECURITY
DOCOdesknet and DOCOtreasury provide powerful information access control which augments
your existing network security system.
DOCUMENT FORMATS AND APPLICATIONS
Each DOCOsoft product enables you to work with more
than 200 Windows, DOS, Macintosh and Internet formats. These include formats
from Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus 1-2-3, WordPro, Corel, AutoCAD
DWG, DXF, IGS or even web pages in HTML format.
THE USER INTERFACE
The user interface can be customised for individual settings. There is
full support for standard Windows GUI functionality including floating
toolbars and multi windows.
