DOCOsoft Shortlisted for Insurance Insider Honours Award

01 August 2017

DOCOsoft has gone from strength to strength in 2017 bringing claims adjuster clients on board the latest version of its claims management system while award wins and nominations have been literally piling up. DOCOsoft is particularly delighted, however, to be shortlisted for the new Insurtech Honour category, which is open to any organisation able to demonstrate the successful application of radical new technologies to the global (re)insurance market.

The Insurtech Honour is open to insurance industry incumbents as well as pure Insurtech start-ups. The focus for candidates is on demonstrating the successful launch of a product or service with DOCOsoft making the shortlist on the strength of its innovative claims management system.

The Insider Judges are particularly interested in the level of originality, efficiency and scale of ambition shown by the entry as well as evidence of successful collaboration with the existing traditional (re)insurance industry.

As well as innovation, judges also look for tangible and effective measurement of success within the context of profitable growth. As Insurance Insider Managing Director Mark Geoghegan says: “An Insider Honour has developed into a trophy that is hard won, richly deserved and whose bestowal earns the begrudging respect of even one’s bitterest rival.”

DOCOsoft MD Aidan O’Neill said: “Last year we won the Insurance Day London market Technology Initiative of the Year, we have been shortlisted on multiple occasions in 2017 and more recently we have been nominated for an Irish Times Innovation Award so these are exciting times for DOCOsoft. Making it to the shortlist of the Insurance Insider Honours is the icing on the cake. Of course none of this would be possible without the excellent relationships we have with our clients. We thank them for their support and the belief they showed in our claims management system from the start.”
