We provide an unrivalled service to our customers with support based on the Japanese approach of "okyaku-sama wa kami-sama desu" which governs our polite and efficient customer service approach. We provide telephone support during business hours and, if requested to do so, on-site support.

Support Team

Our Software Development Centre is staffed by engineers who have been trained in state-of-the-art software development systems.  Their focus is on emerging opportunities for applications of our products. DOCOsoft will provide telephone support during business hours and, if needed, on-site support. The maintenance and support contract covers areas such as:

  • Functionality problems.
  • How a particular function is carried out.
  • Bug fixes.
  • Version upgrades.
  • Service Packs/Patches.
