DOCOsoft’s Consultants and Business Analysts are responsible for requirements gathering and specification work.  They will work with customers to ensure that high-level business objectives are translated into lower level functional and non-functional requirements and gain agreement on them.

A Business Analyst creates the scoping documentation created at the beginning of a project such as the Project Initiation Document and the Statement of Works.  The latter forms the agreement between the customer and supplier with respect to the supplier scope and is used as evidence that the supplier has achieved the parameters at the close of the project.
